Recently purchased a rainier arms product. The product arrived in a timely manner, well packaged, and aesthetically perfectly quality product. I did have a small issue, in that the “timing” of my product was incorrect from the factory. I reached out to rainier arms customer service where Palmer was prompt to respond. Within minutes I was packaging the product back up and printing a provided shipping label. Once returned I requested the next step up in length of product, which was facilitated without question. My replacement arrived in similar fashion to the first, however, properly timed. Wonderful experience, wonderful products, and how many companies are truly fighting along side the people to preserve our 2a rights. Awesome AMERICAN company, great people and great service. Don’t be afraid to give their products a try, with customer service like theirs it makes me feel far more confident when considering purchasing products.

Great price for a KP9 with a brace. K USA was out of stock and people on gunbroker marked the same gun up $300+. Rainier arms answered my questions fast and shipping was faster. Will for sure buy from again

So far so good. Sometimes the wait is a bit long but that is to be expected with the number of people that come into the shop. I ask a lot of questions also and they answer every single one. They don't try to sell me things I don't need. They tell me what I need and then give me different options at different price ranges. Every one is very helpful. They were backed up with the gunsmith work and I went there after a week and asked how far along my lower was. The person helping me said due to back log it's gonna be about four weeks but she would remind the gunsmith if they could work on it a but more and they gave me a call back the next day to tell me it was done. Everything looked solid. No complaints. And they offer military discount which is a plus. I know a lot of "veteran owned" companies that don't offer military discount because they say their stuff is better priced and it is true but it's the stuff that no one wants that's better priced. Rainier Arms is where I have been telling my buddies to go.

Quick shipping. You can actually call this company to confirm the product is truly on their shelf and they aren't ordering from elsewhere and then shipping it to you. I'll be back for my next build

We do!
Hi Elizabeth, If you are referring to a Concealed Pistol License, you would apply for that through your local Police Department or Sheriff’s Office. Give their non-emergency number a call and ask if you need an appointment, and if there are online forms you can fill out to speed up the process.
Masks are required in the store for staff and customers. Our customer capacity is limited to four (individuals or couples who stay together). Social distancing is encouraged. Cleaning and disinfecting is performed by staff on a regular basis.
I don't but I'm sure Rainier does...
P365 (other variations available): https://www.rainierarms.com/sig-sauer-p365-xl-xseries-pistol-w-manual-safety-9mm/ For the Radical Firearms AR15 Pistol, I did not find it listed on the site.
Yes, we accept walk-in customers. I believe we still have some in stock both FDE and black. They do sell quickly tho. Your best bet might be to call ahead, or to stop by if you do not want to wait for shipping.
Hi Clint, Yes, we are currently open during our normal business hours, but we still have a capacity limit for the store.
Was just there a few days ago to purchase my first firearm. Had no issues at all and the customer service was really good. Keep in mind given the current atmosphere, everyone is short on stock that is normally always in stock.
Hi Russ, We do not carry any parts from SJC at this time, but we do have brakes from Precision Armament, VG6, CMT, Fortis, Lantac, F-1 Firearms, Seekins Precision, and MANY others!
The Rainier Arms Firearms Academy is in the works! It will be located at 2831 N. Greenwich in Wichita, Kansas. There is a lot of work to do to get the facility up and running, but we are aiming for a mid-December grand opening. Keep an eye on our social media profiles for updates!
Sorry but we don't
Hello Troy, As long as the FFL you ordered from supplies your info. That would be all we need. We will call you to come in after we receive it and get it all checked in. Our fees are $30 for pistols and long gun's NFA items are $50. You will pay tax on the item if they have not already charged you tax. Our tax rate here is 10.1%
We do offer cutting and threading [https://www.rainierarms.com/cut-threading/] and Kris is only partially correct- we don't have a machine shop on-site so the work wouldn't be done while you wait, but the majority of our gunsmithing and armory work is performed by our staff.
Unfortunately we only have them for the Gen 4
Hi Monte, Unfortunately we do not have a shooting range.
Hi Deus, Unfortunately we do not offer slide milling here but you're looking for someone good, we recommend you to contact Danger Close Armament.
Yes they do. Give em a call or stop on by.
There is. Rainier offers a standard Le/Mil discount. Also has special programs for from Mfgs for better pricing. Blue label dealer for Sig Sauer, Vortex, Gemtech, Silencer Co and a lot more. I would say stop on by and speak with the sales guys on the floor.
Jade, Pistol/ Long gun transfer fee: $30
90 days to pay it, typically only done on higher prices items such as firearms.
Rainier Arms has discounts only available for Apex members. It is a membership program available similar to Costco or a gun range membership that offers benefits such as discounts and free shipping and 100% satisfaction or returns
Look on the web site, it will tell you if it is in stock also.
Thank you guys. I'll be swinging by there in my way home.
