Wonderful experience, my son signed up for the Discovery flight for becoming a helicopter pilot and the instructor pilot allowed me to sit in on the class and even invited me to go along on the flight with them. My son had a blast and learned so much. Great place!

My husband and I tested positive for Covid and had to cancel our flight. Unfortunately it was within the 24 hours. I called at 7:00pm the night before (my flight was at 2:30 the next day) and they kept my full deposit. They said they can reschedule, so I said yes to reschedule and I'll cancel within 24 hours if something came up but hopefully nothing would. They called back and said they needed a deposit to schedule me again. I don't know why my deposit was not transferred over to the new scheduled date. I was told to follow the CDC guidelines and can show up for my flight! I'm not going to drive 7 hours and expose everyone to Covid. That should not of been an option! I tried to do the right thing and cancel immediately after finding out we tested positive. If you have any emergencies that come up and you have to cancel, prepare to lose your full deposit! It's my husband's birthday today and this was a big surprise for him so imagine our disappointment catching Covid and having to cancel AND not getting our deposit back.

I booked a customized tour with this company to surprise my fiancé with her proposal back in May. The people at Seattle Helicopter Tours went above and beyond to make our trip romantic, beautiful, and unforgettable. They were able to land us at a very scenic yet secluded area for a romantic picnic, surprise proposal, and the pilot took amazing photographs during the entire process. It was a once in a lifetime moment, everything had to go right, and they made the process as smooth and stress free as humanly possible. (BTW, she said yes!) I highly recommend this company for a tour of Seattle City and the surrounding natural areas.

Amazing Experience!!! Our pilot was the best! He was very outgoing and great with our kids, great sense of humor, very thorough and informative as well. We flew right over Seattle with the most amazing views. The ride was smooth and easy. We took our 4 year old and 1 year old along at first we were nervous but they made everything easy for us and we enjoyed every bit of it. The most amazing thing you will ever do!!
