I'm in the same boat as you. I call every morning with my phone and my wifes phone side by side. 1900+ calls from 7:58 until I get through only to hear the queue is full and no call backs. Then I fax the same letter every day. Nothing fixed, nothing changes.
Ive been waiting for an adjudicator to call me since 4/5/2020. No Adjudicator No Info My Backpay has been held up since April its now june 2 months still no information about anyone contacting me for an adjudicator call to receive my pay. 2 months STILL WAITING
The system is overwhelmed and not functioning..The Unemployement state offices are closed..When u get through on the phone they are not taking calls for the rest of the day
You have to call after 4pm why dont know but that is when the phone que is answered.
