Far from my favorite place I've lived. The office staff are absolutely terrible and will completely ignore you once you've signed a lease. Alex and the maintenance guys are solid though. The roof rats are kinda annoying at first, I used earplugs for awhile to sleep, but you eventually get used to them. 24 hour access to the pool is a very nice amenity for people like me who work odd hours.

I have reached the end of my lease at cimmaron and I must say Alex the property manager is great! Even when he’s busy he’s attentive and makes sure that the residents are taken care of. As far as the property it is maintained to a T anytime I had any issues maintenance was right there to assist and that is hard to come by. If your thinking about moving here you definitely should with Alex and his maintenance crew they will make sure you feel at home.

Bad place no parking pay extra money for parking pool never no open and need pay pest control very very bad place. I pay utility almost $200 for one month
