Horrible management, horrible customer service, the administrative lady is unprofessional and a person who does not have the potential to be the administrative presence of this place is rude and too pedantic. They need a person with human and professional sense.

To start with, the leasing office doesn't answer the phone 70% of the time. Maintenance was also slow to happen and would come at somewhat random times. This was workable though. What wasn't was the very large number of move out charges, many of them with no merit or overcharge, and multiple to replace things that only needed cleaned. Edit: Despite their message to the contrary, they could not help me get this issue resolved. I in fact talked to 4 different departments in total, each one of which telling me they either could not help me, or it was "out of their hands." Btw, the company who owns the quinn, Avenue5, is also on google. They have less than 2 stars. THEY WILL TRY TO SCAM YOU UPON MOVE OUT. BEWARE. They will also raise your rend hundreds of dollars the second your lease ends. DO NOT MOVE HERE.

I moved into the Quinn apartments in December of 2020. I'm so happy that I didn't experience any of the horrifying living conditions I'm reading on these reviews I only stayed until my lease was over the next year. I can honestly say I didn't see any bugs in my apartment, and I enjoyed my stay. I was comfortable, and in the area I was in was always quiet. It was equipped with a washer, and dryer stainless stove, fridge, dish washer, and microwave. The air conditioning unit was a plus. It was spacious, I had a good parking space. Trash was picked up from the door Monday - Thursday. I had a GREAT experience at the Quinn apartments.

I have lived here for a year and a hald and the jacuzzi has never been hot anytime i went down there to use it but all residents are being charged for common area gas..if ythe jacuzzi is the only natural gas item in the comex, what are we being charged for?

I really doubt it! We have been living her for 12 years, "never" have been late paying the rent, never caused any problem and now that we want to transfer to a newly renovated apt. they won't let us since we don't quite make 3 times the amount of rent. So, they just want us to live in a place that is totally run down. They say we could get a co-signer, ( but why!) After paying rent for 12 years, never have been late! Plus, the cosigner must be responsible for the whole time we continue to live here. Who in their right mind would ask a renter or a cosigner to do that! So, now we either have to live in an apt that they won't paint, clean the carpets, or replace any appliances, even if they are very old. Your only recourse is to transfer to a newly renovated apt. But don't allow it, if you are even a little short of making 3 times the amount of the rent! So it seems our only choice is to move!
