im a current resident and never able to use the Jacuzzi cause heats not on.noone wants to use a jacuzzi in 100 degree weather only.kindly start running the jucuuzi heat year round for us residents that enjoy a jacuuzi in cold weather

I have lived here for a year and a hald and the jacuzzi has never been hot anytime i went down there to use it but all residents are being charged for common area gas..if ythe jacuzzi is the only natural gas item in the comex, what are we being charged for?

I lived in the complex since April of 2017 until May of 2018 and the jacuzzi has never work and is always dirty. When the next company took over (Avenue 5) they began charging a common gas, that is not even effective or being used. A complete waste of money
