San Moritz apartment homes are truly that. The gated community is quiet and well maintained. The business manager Judy and her staff always make you feel important no matter what the situation. This is my second lease.That speaks for itself .

I lived at the San Moritz for 2 years, 2018-2020. I really enjoyed living there, I could bike to work on a multi-use path, and walk to the local Trader Joe's for groceries. Brian and Emily at the front office were wonderful, always friendly and welcoming - I miss chatting with the two of you from time to time! Yes, the plumbing is somewhat old; however the service team was incredibly responsive during my time there, and it more than made for it. Neighbors were friendly, and I liked that dogs were not allowed (I love dogs, but unfortunately have lived in places where dog owners were not respectful of other people sharing living spaces); there were plenty of cats around. Beautiful trees. I miss the place!

I toured this place for my niece who is looking to gain some independence. This place gets all my votes. The leasing agent was kind, friendly, informative, patient, and very genuine. These days all of those qualities are hard to come by! Stop by and see Tiffanee - she made me feel at home and i definitely will help my niece transition from Texas to Vegas with San Mortiz!
