does anyone no any second chance apartments

My Rent is $515 but they tac on Cox Cable, sewer, water, and trash which brings what I pay monthly up to about $630. As long as you have a decent rental history credit shouldn't be an issue

Slight, in some units, however, we are quick to take care of any issues that arise. We have pest control onsite every Tuesday for your convenience.

If you experience any type of bugs we have a pest control service that comes out weekly to address these issues. :)

The electric bill isn't a set amount, it depends on usage. Electricity is billed through NV Energy.

They r nice if u living by urself and dont bother no 1 u will be find.but if u have a bad neighbor be ready oh and dont run water 2 much u paying water bill

We don't have a roach problem here. For any of our residents that do experience pest issues, we are quick to take care of problem. We have pest control check in every Tuesday for our resident's convenience, if the need ever arises.

The apartments are good enough, other then the occasional loud noises, dumpster divers, and screeching tires the people keep to themselves. The apartments are clean and bug free some broken things but nothing a nail or screw cant fix. But for the prices this is probably the best your gunna get
