My Rent is $515 but they tac on Cox Cable, sewer, water, and trash which brings what I pay monthly up to about $630. As long as you have a decent rental history credit shouldn't be an issue

We do credit checks as part of the application process. We still rent to those with low credit scores, if they meet our other rental criteria.

We don't have a minimum credit score requirement. However, the deposit amount depends on credit. Good credit is $8.25 per month with no deposit or $500 refundable deposit. For those with low credit scores the deposit can go as high as 2 months rent.

The apartments are good enough, other then the occasional loud noises, dumpster divers, and screeching tires the people keep to themselves. The apartments are clean and bug free some broken things but nothing a nail or screw cant fix. But for the prices this is probably the best your gunna get
