Sioux City Ford gets one star because their location is convenient to my home. I normally only get my vehicle (and my wife & daughters vehicle) oil changed here because it is all that I can trust them with. Even then, I endure their rude, inattentive, and arrogant Fast Lube service writer. He doesn’t listen, talks over you, and make nasty remarks about customers behind their backs. Not qualities you would associate with customer service. Doesn’t return phone calls, which is why I went to a competitor for over $2,000.00 of tires. SC Ford is more loyal to their lackluster employees than to their 25-plus year customers. I don’t get it.

Bought a Ford Edge 2018 from here and was verbally promised the second Key fob, which I still have not received. I’ve tried several times to reach out to the company. Apparently this isn’t a company where you can trust their word. Please, learn from me and get everything in writing when you buy a car from here. Maybe a poor review will finally get Sioux City Ford to do something, I highly doubt it though.

Yes. They service all types of makes and models. I would speak with the service department to confirm that.
