This place is going downhill fast!I've been here 1 year and the biggest turnoff for me is the staff.they barely be in the office and will lie to you and tell you one thing and don't call you and tell you if things change!also the hall carpets in the buildings look dirty they don't have enough maintenance men for how many apartments there are!lastly I wish I never moved here.the actual apartment is big inside and is ok except the lack central air and heat!they have hotel room a/c in them!

Doesn't work with you at all gives you 3 days. Wouldn't even let us give so.e money when my husband got paid in 3 days. Needs to be more flexible.

It has been an absolute pleasure living in Ridge oaks apartments. There is a great sense of community, Molly and Aly transform this place from an apartment complex into a home. Today there was hot chocolate and carmel apple for all the tenants, it was awesome. This is a great place to live for anyone, and especially for those with pets. Molly is so nice.

Flat Water & Trash
Resident’s pay electric directly to the service provider. Water, trash and sewer is billed within the rental price paid to the property.
Application fees are $50 per person 18 and older occupying the apartment.

I have 2 garages and a carport and I pay 995.00. I personally feel the rent is high for a 2 bedroom 2 bath. The building is not as clean as it was when I moved in. The laundry area is dirty and 2.00 to wash and 2.00 to dry. Water is a set rate of 27.50 per month and my electric is 140.00 a month. It all adds up!
