This place does not give proper 24 hour notices when needing to enter apartments. I was charged 2 non compliance fees both were $250 because the fact once they didn’t give proper notice and second time they said they put a note and there was no note on our door. When asked to see camera footage showing when and that they had put the note, was told their systems were down. When told they would waive the fees, we got charged $125 for the fee we were told was being waived/ we no longer had to pay that fee. This place is disgusting and would not recommend living here.

I moved in 3 days before new management took over, I HAVE NOTHING BUT GOOD THINGS TO SAY ABOUT JESSICA, PAIGE AND THE WHOLE NEW TEAM!!! JESSICA HAS BEEN NOTHING BUT EXTREMELY HELPFUL TO ME, new management has really cleaned up the mess that was left behind .. THEY ACTUALLY CARE!!!!THANK YOU, you guys are def the best thing that’s happen to this place!!!!!

STACY NO LONGER WORKS HERE SO THE ALL REVIEWS ABOUT STACY NO LONGER PERTAIN TO THE CURRENT MANAGEMENT. Don’t waste your time or money. The NEW management could care less about you or the property. There’s no proper communication and they are impossible to reach until you “inconvenience” them by demanding things they’re legally required to do. Don’t be surprised if they make it so your auto payments don’t work. Also keep a record of all your payments because they will attempt to charge you twice for rent. They will then post a notice claiming legal action could be pursued if you don’t pay rent (again). They then will claim ignorance and spout some lies when confronted (with evidence) about your proof of payment. They put no money into the property and you live in squalor with garbage littering the ground and buildings. They either need to drastically decrease the rent or make immense changes because it is not worth the current price.
