DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME: Here is the good: Maintenance is not bad. Greg is good and works hard. Deb in the front office is a peach. Love her. Here is the bad: EVERYTHING ALWAYS BREAKS DOWN! I am tired of hearing the excuse of the apartments being 30 years old. Feel free to update them at anytime. I went almost a week without AC. The portables are bad. Only one finally worked towards the end when they were finally coming to fix it. Yesterday my AC broke down again. Of course they tried to blame me. The gates are always broke. At least once a month something happens and the gates are broken or the system won't read your fob or the battery dies. The community itself is loud. People blast music coming in and out at all throughout the night. Prepare to be woken up. Maintenance spends more time in my apartment fixing things than I actually am there living in it. It is a shame! Security is a joke. Normally see random junkies and homeless people walking around. Month ago, a junky hopped the pool fence and started taking a bath and smoking pot. There were kids in the pool. Property Manager is not the best. Pretty sure my dog may be smarter. He is a Boxer and Boxer's are generally dumb. That should tell you her level of intelligence...…Or lack there of. Honestly, this place is not worth the money you pay. $1600 plus for a 30 year old apartment where everything breaks is not worth it.

Having a broken gate for 6 months and one security guard at night sounds about right
