I'm really not sure why this place has had negative reviews. This was my first visit here and I couldn't be more happy. I had Dr. Fung as my dentist. She is absolutely amazing! Her dental assistant is smart and hilarious. The person running the front desk is so nice and helpful. All around, this place is possibly better than my normal dentist office. I came here because I am on State medical now. I was skeptical because of the reviews, but I'm so glad I came! Please just check out for yourself and don't listen to negative reviews. I'm sure there are people here and there that aren't so great, but that was not my experience at all! I'm really excited to come back for my cleaning. Everything is done in a really timely manner, also. I really appreciate everyone here.

They've removed more tooth than needed and had to add more filling material than originally needed on one visit. On another visit they made one tooth too tall thinking it was the next tooth behind it causing that tooth to hit before my other teeth, which the added pressure would have eventually broke that tooth. I had to go elsewhere.

The amount of problems that I had with this dentist office could create a lengthy list, but I'll just give you the top two. Their dental assistants aren't well trained and one hurt the inside of my mouth due to just ineptitude and if they hadn't been halfway through a procedure I would of walked out. After reporting this incident somehow my next appointment MAGICALLY disappeared out of their computer system even though they called and made an appointment reminder the previous day. They had no explanation for this and told me I had to come in for a walk in to fix something they messed up during the first procedure. There are obviously multiple things wrong with this clinic because everytime I was in there prior there was someone upset at the counter explaining why it was the office's error and the staff making it clear they couldn't do anything and didn't really care. Don't go here.

I went there as a Non emergency walking, In case there was an emergency.for flipper for my front teeth Because the tooth looked like it will eventually pop out. Red flag when the intake receptionist was not freindly, the opposite, insolent and apathetic. As she went through the procedures, I observed a vast difference regarding how the non-white patient/clients were treated. Exceptional Courtesy and respect..Overall a racist environment, Ignoring clients, slipping charts/forms to the bottom of pile.,ignoring them for Hours on end. Not keeping them abreast Of their status waiting. Georgetown Dental Clinic. need to enhance their attitude and public relations performance so all patients regardless of race, class and creed receive equitable care and respect. I highly recommend UW Dental Clinic. They treat all clients/patients equally with care and no pretense. UW top rated for a good reason.I give them the max stars!☆☆☆☆☆☆☆
