Great apartment complex. Decent price too. Safe as far as I know. I just wish there were numerous parking spots for residents. But everything else is good.

Little to no extra parking for your guests and no garages for your car. Raising rent by $300-$400 when you DON’T EVEN HAVE A RENOVATED UNIT is ridiculous. They came to replace the light fixture in the kitchen and it just looks sloppy. My faucet for my bathtub has broke 2 times, also looks horrible. Sometimes when you shower the water temperature changes and I’ve had that fixed that twice as well. I honestly used to love living here but ever since the rent went up and things keep happening it just doesn’t seem worth it anymore and I’ve become really unhappy.

Overall it is nice. Like all apartment complexes a lot does depend on your immediate neighbors but I find most everyone is quiet and friendly.

It was between $850 - $975 last time I looked.
You simply call the office and choose the emergency option. There is a maintenance associate on duty whom lives within the complex.
My girlfriend has 3 bedroom pays 1400.00 but has dogs but she told me 2 bed go for 1200.00 but they have new owners so they might of gone up
They are listed at $1,100 however, they don't tell you about all the hidden fees. With the new owners they even charge you for their "service fee" even if you don't go in to see them. And now theres an additional "Common Area Electric fee" as well. Neither fee were in our contracts, but since it's new owners they don't have to stick to the previously signed contracts they are charging what they want. The sewer trash and water were originally $35 more, but now they charge you different rates every month. We're getting charged an additional $52 and our neighbor who lives alone in a 1 bedroom is being charged $65. NOT WORTH THE MOVE.
