I just moved from Helix apartments. For the most part, I have nothing to complain about. Desiree in their leasing office is EXTREMELY HELPFUL and the staff If very friendly. Would absolutely recommend Helix

Helix has a good location, between 3minutes to 7 minutes away from many places like Downtown Las Vegas, The Strip, Galleries, Museums, Post Office, Entertainments , Hospitals, Colleges, Supermarkets, Highways, Interstate, Central Bus, CityHall, Outlet Malls, Churches but unbelievable with all these attractions it is a quiet place, maintenance people are courteous and quick to help and in management office miss Dessire has a smile for everyone; the Manager miss Stephany is a great relief to old people like me she is always willing to help me patiently, there is a new very friendly young lady. I have lived here for about 8 years and I am not regret it, I will miss Helix if someday I have to move on.

We've lived here for 3 years 🤔 It works for us as we are still here 😁 I wish that it was a locked complex 🙄

The apartments are disgusting, the utility bill went up twice as much what I used to pay by the time I moved in. Water services also went up as well. All appliances are very old. Management also disconnected my NV Power services and then wanted me to pay them $70 for one week. They also charged us almost $1500 for one month rent and then almost $600 for one week. DO NOT COME TO LIVE TO THIS PLACE. By the way, I NEVER MET the manager. She never comes out to greet and meet. I move to Las Vegas Luxury Towers and my utility bill went down to $25 a month and water trash and sewer included plus the staff super nice. Do not move to this apartment. I am still waiting for my security deposit.
