dial 2 instead. file a new claim. it will ask for your ss and your pin. it will then tell you you've already established a claim... would you like to talk to someone. follow the instructions to get in the call back and they will call you back. I started calling in at 8am... got through at 830... got a call back at 1130

I have been trying to file online for weeks, and can't because in their records, they show me asbbeing terminated from that employer in 2018, and was but then was rehired. Does anybody know how to get around this, so I can file online?
You are a genius!!! I had been calling for 2 months since April when the system wouldn't let me file; have up and started a new claim. It's messed up for the last 3 weeks, but that's another 3 weeks of not getting paid. So I tried everything, but your answer is the best! And it still works! I scheduled a callback for today. Thank you!!!
Doesn't give an option to press 2 Just goes straight to "please hold for next rep" after English or Spanish! Smh
Doesn’t work. Dial 2 when? When it ask for English or Spanish? The next step, no matter the language, always hangs up on you.
