dial 2 instead. file a new claim. it will ask for your ss and your pin. it will then tell you you've already established a claim... would you like to take to someone. follow the instructions to get in the call back and they will call you back. I started calling in at 8am... got through at 830... got a call back at 1130
No email, no office. They have to clear so many calls before they can take new ones. Yes, it's the same phone number.
