Dealt with them last year. Was extremely over the top meticulous about sanatizing/washing everything as it came back into the apartment. Basically moved out then back in. It's a very hard issue to deal with
Management takes any rodent/pest issues very seriously. We do have a contract with a professional pest control company that does offer alternative services to address different types of pests.
