Lol i had a long as review of this place i guess they erased it. Long story short worst place ever full if drugs, they steal from you, people try to open ypur car, full of roaches, laundry facilities are dirty and if your lucky maybe just maybe 2 of them might work. So we left after one year and we had to go back to vacuum and mop ir else they would chrage us more when we entered it was disting there were roaches on the walls and the refrigerator and yes there was no food or anything. Just to see that amount of roaches made us thing if we wpuld have stayed how would it have been for us with thies roaches. Its disgusting and not to mention when we mived in the dishwasher never worked, the sink was clogged. They just paint iver the tub which is disgusting because after i clean it several times the paint started to fall and you could see all the black spots of the tub. The cabinets didnt work they sucked you had to pull hard. Anyways yes the rent may be low but juat think on why.
Just because a person has housing assistance doesn't mean it's them. Have the time it's the tenants that actually pay. So before you judge look into the program

Yes they do i live in there now bad neighborhood armed secruity at night but i never see them cops there all the time kids play on ya door the office has poor coomunications besides one employee in there she black now she good and look out for you but thats it the rest sucks you have to be on them about fixing your stuff like it took them 3days to fix my disposal when i 1st moved in 6mos to fix my floor and you are a female the men there dont have no repsect for you and some perverts but keep to yourself you do decide to move there
