Does I have to make appointment for renewed passport and what days are open for apply and time?? I need the application were I can print or get it?

Yes! you have to call the office for an appointment for renewal of your passport and also you can come in pick up an rewnewal form at this post office location don't know the times the passport office is open at this location sorry😄.
