I love shopping here. The only issue from my perspective is the prices are pretty ridiculous a lot of the time. I routinely find pieces that are, for example, $4.50 used at Once Upon a Child that I can look up online and find as part of a three piece set that sells new for $10. That’s just ridiculous to me. Or a piece that’s the same price used as it would be new. They do have some great sales sometimes, once they had a 90% off sale and I got a lot of things for like 25 - 45 cents each.

I don’t understand the buying process. I e seen clothes with stains on them for sale but then take name brand items in and they don’t buy them. Lots of young staff that are not always pleasant.

Bring it all in freshly washed, folded and in a box or bin, no bags allowed. Stains and tears won't be accepted.
I don't remember seeing any diapers. However, I suggest you call them or post your items for sale on the market place online. I may even be interested in purchasing them from you for my grandkids.
To take a few items in you don't need an appointment plenty of friendly, helpful, & knowledgeable personnel to assist you!
Yes but as usual get there a few hours before closing if you are selling.
