Planet Fitness

Planet fitness has a personal trainer. The trainer has group training sessions. I get a schedule and I look at the times that I would like to workout with the trainer and call to be put in the classes. Each class is 30 minutes sessions. If no one sign up for the classes I have a chance to workout with the trainer at that time by myself. It's fun working out with the trainer and the others clients in a group because some of the exercises get difficult.

I believe the hours they have they consider 24 hours m-t is 24 hours/ 4 days a week. The other days have a specific schedule. I haven't heard any upcoming changes but that doesn't mean that they won't change them in the new year
