Since I moved to my new address, I have not been able to get my mail, I recently paid 25 dollars to get new key, and it doesn't work either. I am very upset bc I have important items that I need to collect!!!

Discuss with the person that issued the key. Meet mailman at the box during delivery with the proper ID identifying that you live at that address and possibly he might be able to assist you to get the mail until you get the key situation straightened out. 🗣️📫
