I waited nearly a month for a passport appointment and the day I get there they say I have to have copies of all documents plus the originals. Why wasn't this specified on the website?? Now I have to wait another month smh.

The woman responsible for my route "Lisa" I believe is her name, has been refusing to deliver to the complex I live in claiming "no access to delivery location", yet I can walk in and out of my apartment everyday. She has also damaged several things, and has consistently been giving me my neighbors mail and vice versa, some of which containing my financial information. My wife is currently at ECU and has to order books necessary to her courses, so it's disheartening to know she probably won't get her books on time. Extremely unprofessional, I work well over 50 hours a week and now I have to take time out to drive across town and do this womans job for her, at this point ya'll should just give me a white truck and a uniform...
