I dont think so. bc wont have a barcode to scan and it wont have a picture. Honestly I wouldn't even carry that around. You loose that.. it's Over!

I brought one to toads like3 times and it worked probably cus theu felt bad though finally got license at the end of being 18 so yeah its worth a try
