The service has gone downhill. I used to love the store, now I shop more @ Home Depot in East or North Haven. I live closest to Lowe's but only go there now for blinds & paint supplies

Call the main number and get a hold of someone from curbside department (press the prompt on the phone listings). You should get someone there.
