Thanks to you, Tyler and Chris and Mike for doing such a great job and making the buying experience of my Hyundai Tucson so easy for me and my family. (This is big for me. I've never before had such a pleasant and easy car buying experience at any dealership). This was especially helpful during these very difficult car buying times and it was extra appreciated. I could not find any fairly priced dealerships local to me in NY or NJ to buy a car. At every point in the transaction my local dealerships were taking advantage of the low inventory. In Paramus they wanted a $4,000 price adjustment. Then, they even demanded a non-refundable deposit. The 1.5 hour drive to New Haven, CT was definitely worth it for both my wallet and my piece of mind. Thanks again.

Horrible experience with the part department. I purchased an intake manifold from them one piece on the intake runner was broken when we open the box. I went back and purchased an intake runner from them 2 days later after install my engine light came back on I went to the mechanic and check it out it says it’s the intake runner again. When I call them they told me that I have to schedule for service smh..

Brandfon Hyundai was a great place to buy our 1st Hyundai. Our salesperson Tesla and Rafael were very professional. Felt no pressure from them to buy anything, however they made it easy for us to purchase a car. They always answered any questions right away, and were honest. It was a bit of a drive for my husband to get there, our local dealership was not an option. It was so worth the trip.

I know John the sales person and John the account mgr. They are very helpful and actually know what they're doing. Got me out of a very bad loan. And into a brand new Hybrid. Go and get your self a new car.!
