Dr. Dana Le and staff provided excellent service from beginning to end. Kat, the technician was friendly and patient with my son. Dr. Le was thorough and explained all details of my son’s exam. The optician and optical staff were pleasant and helpful.

So far, I were in this office 3 times and I was treated with all respect and care during each visit. The front desk staff and MAs, technicians were EXCELLENT in customer service by being friendly and care. They even went around and checked on almost each patient who was waiting in the lobby to make sure we were OK and offered water bottle to each of us. A little kindness can cause huge impact and the staff did. Dr. Myles Brookman was an exceptional physician with knowledge and the best bedside manner. Dr. Logan was very busy but attentive and easy to go. Dr. Tran was very enthusiastic and care. My family and I work in the field. In fact, we see patients every day in hospitals and at our own outpatient clinic. I can see Atlantis Eyecare Long Beach has tried hard to serve their clients. I wish every one there the best and keep doing this excellent service as you are.

Arrived at 10:04 for a 10:40 appointment. Completed the info. requested via my phone n waited to be called. About 11:10 approached desk to inquire about delay, was initially told my appt. would take 1n1/2 hour, sat down again! About 11:30 approached desk again n was told there were 2 more people ahead of me!!!!! Bottom line I never saw the doctor, have never had the experience of having an appt., almost 1 hour delay, no explanation, apology, treated like it was business as usual!! I cannot rate medical care, never got pass receptionists. Rescheduled, however I will seek another option!
