Stay away from this place! They constantly switch doctors, my last visit I left crying. Doctor was demeaning and hates her job. Otherwise, why be rude? She clearly seen I was upset and stated, I could see any other doctor. How more ridiculous and unprofessional can a place be? I had each doctor recommend a different treatment, a different exam, explained the results each in a different perspective. And each time I would have to explain how my last visit the doctor I saw recommended something different. The consulting doctor would dismiss it and say something else, this is women health they play with, please stay away. I’m finally switching to a private practice, with ONE doctor. I ask to each please do your due diligence with this location. Please, go with your intuition as well, best of luck to all you ladies.

It was my first time having a baby all visits were decent. All appointments were about 1 hour to be called in which is fine I get it, it’s a medical facility. That’s not the part that made me not have my future children here it’s the fact that the treating OBGYN Dr.Fiegal did not fully deliver my placenta. I delivered it at home on the 3rd day at home, it was the size of a baseball. I could have literally bleed to death in my own home, I called to advise this issue and she did not even want to bring me back for a post op. Please do you research on any your future OBGYN. Your experience should be great and quality of care should be number 1. Due to the doctors negligence I now suffer from other things I will not disclose.

First visit there with the gynecologist was good. She put me on preventative UTI meds and told me to call if I ever needed a refill. I have called 4 times in the last 2 weeks in need of a refill, and a n extremely rude southern lady answers the phone, doesn’t allow me to speak to anybody else. Seems as though she never relays my message, and giving me attitude on the phone. She says “ well maybe they need to see you again” … “ maybe “ is not an answer. Needless to say, she refused to give a time frame from when I would hear back from the office, and refusal to speak with any upper management or anyone else for that matter. My meds were never called into a pharmacy. I called again today and received a run around of she’s not sure. Bottom line, no follow through, zero follow up, and complete disrespect and NEGLECT of a patient. I am a nurse myself and have yet to experience such treatment from any facility. Do not recommend.

I came here for my first three prenatal visits. I have never had a baby before and they didn't really give me any information. Not a pamphlet or any lists of what to do or not to do. I know the internet exists but when I left I just felt "now what do I do?" They seem like they over book. Two of my appointments were rescheduled. Once because one of their doctor's didnt take my insurance and again because the doctor was not available. One appointment, they wanted to rescheduled me for weeks later. I just didn't feel good about my experience there. Some of the nurses were nice and others not. The genetic testing was really expensive. I switched to Long Beach Memorial and the genetic testing was $150 cheaper and they gave me much more info about the test and having a baby. I'm very glad I switched.

Services (that I know of) are provided to women with medical insurance. I personally would not send homeless or abused women (without insurance) there. I would suggest going to a free clinic or a homeless shelter to get referrels and other resources that could help.....
