This is actually a Negative 1-Star rating. 1. Arrived on time for a a12:30p appointment - after waiting & watching patients being called that reported in after I did get called….went up to the counter & was told at 1:15p they were cleaning the room. Finally, at 1:22p patient was taken back to a room. 2. Received text from patient at 2:21p was still waiting & nothing was done. 3. Finally, at 2:26p - a responsible employee inquired about my status & work has begun. 4. It’s 3:41p as I’m typing this review. What an adventure & so happy I have other options for my dental needs. Sadly, customer satisfaction isn’t an issue for a dental facility that has options for low-income people or those on Medi-Care. Just taking whatever financial perks given by the government.

The two times I've visited the office, the entire staff has been extremely nice. The Dentist are knowledgeable! Very busy office so be prepared to wait, bring a puzzle or book.
