I went there about 4 times honestly throughout last month and this month. I had to go get immunization vaccines and run some tests for my college and the staffs there were very lovely, understanding and friendly as well, particularly Lala, the receptionist in the immunization clinic and the amazing Dr. Sheila (my apologies if I misspelled her name). Big shout-out to both of them < 3

Went to health dept to order copies of a birth certificate which can be ordered at the window to the right after you enter the building. There was no line since I got there soon after they opened and was done within 5 minutes. I paid a fee for each copy of the along with a additional charge to rush the order. All employees were friendly and efficient.
