Very disappointed in this place I just came for an oil change and the mechanic did there usual inspection of the vehicle and once they put my rear drum brakes back on I drove off the lot the shoe brake wasn't placed on correctly that it came off while driving and made a ticking sound I brought it back they readjusted it now my E brake is very loose and it wasn't like that before it would seem that there is no care in there work which is why I give them 1 star

This is the place to go to for all your mechanic needs. The crew here is very trustworthy. I take my car to them for majority of my mechanical needs. They are all ways providing me with discounts and finding ways to save me money. The entire crew here is professional and have Excellant customer service skills. I would highly recommend them as the place to go for tires and so much more. I love this particular location. But I must add that I have visited several Big O locations. Los Angeles and Carson. Carson no longer open, but at all locations I have been to the results are the same when it comes to Excellant customer service skills. And professionals.

2 hours and counting to get an oil change. What's the point of making an appointment if it still takes hours? Go to Walmart Auto. Never more than 30 minutes. Best part, tire rotations is included.

I'm very disappointed in the service I received from this location. I was a customer at the Lake Forest location and I trusted that my car would still be in great hands. Two weeks ago I spent $4200 on car repairs. One day later I had to take my car back to have the shocked repaired again. A couple days following that repair my radiator hose disconnected and I almost blew out my engine, this was a hose they supposedly replaced from the original repairs. I had to have my car towed missing two important meetings from the inconvenience. And just now I have yet another issue, the under carriage to my car is falling off, this happened while I was on the freeway. This lack of care and neglect is mind blowing. I once praised Big O Tires for being a brand who treats women fairly when they take their cars in but this location fell short in a very disappointing way.. Currently waiting for AAA AGAIN, wasting more of my time..
