Absolutely the worst company ever for HOA. Community needs to shop for a new company ASAP. They never respond to emails in a timely manner, and are completely outdated as a company.

Again bad service!!! I'm now disabled and can not drive to pay association dues...no way to pay over phone....wish we could get rid of this horrible property management!!! They should be ashamed of how they treat people that pay on time for years and when somebody is disabled they just tell u to figure out how 2 pay!!! I'll pay 4 uber $40 to get there and $40 BACK!!!! shame on this horrible company that can't or wont take care of there owners of property. Never trust this company.... Update😝 Still the worst property management company ever😹😹 do not deal with these people. If you have an association do not hire them. E-mails go unanswered and this is only way they allow u to communicate with them.

I wish I could give this establishment negative stars. First and foremost, the owner, Elaine Hutchinson, is the foulest woman I have ever came in contact with. She is disgustingly stuck up and much too old and haggard to be the owner of any business that deals with people and their living situations. According to the multitude of one star reviews on not only this site, but also on yelp, this business has never been a good one and will never improve. Any person that kicks tenants out of their homes without fair reason should not be allowed to be in business. And people who have been living in their apartments for years kicked out for filing a complaint against the company? Absolutely disgusting, not to mention completely illegal. I am surprised these people do not have a lawsuit against them. If you are thinking about renting an apartment from this business, don't. They do accept bad and no credit, but the cost is waiting to be removed from your home regardless of how good of a tenant you are. Not to mention the fact that the buildings are falling apart and haven't been touched since the mid 1900's when they were built. Think twice about giving your money to people who do not deserve it. If you are looking for a sign, this is it. Your gut feeling is right about these people and all of the reviews on here are honest. Best of luck to you on your apartment search, please do not settle for this lousy excuse for a company.

I love working with Paragon Equities. I just moved in recently and the move in process was so easy! Jeanine made it truly easy to understand the complicated "per diem" rent. The last place I lived never addressed maintenance, but Paragon sends their team out in a day. The place I moved into has new granite counters and laminate flooring...for the price and location I am stoked!
