You shall be able to see what they do help with in my pictures posted. Plenty of chairs and when you first walk in you sign in so that they assist you in that order. IF I COULD GIVE NO STARS I WOULD I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO FIGURE OUT WHERE MY REFUND IS AND THEY HAVE NOT HELPED ME AT ALL I RECOMMEND ANYONE TO GO HERE NOT HELPFUL AT ALL ! THEY HAVE POOR ATTITUDE ON THE PHONE AND MAKE IT SEEM LIKE ITS TOO MUCH WORK TO CHECK ON STATUS .. BE SMART PEOPLE GO ELSE WHERE EVEN IF U HAVE TO PAY A BIT EXTRA I LEARNED MY LESSON SOON THIS PLACE WILL BE FILLED WITH BAD REVIEWS DUE TO NOT BEING PROFESSIONAL
