This company was recommended by my In-laws as they have had great service. I was not that fortunate with my experience with this company. Since our initial inspection and service I have had to constantly contact the company to schedule our bimonthly service. Over the last three months I have been cancelled on and not rescheduled. The last straw was the company scheduling a technician to conduct our monthly service that was on leave for the entire week. How absolutely frustrating. When I expressed my disappointment, the employee had no response and then when I said that due to their lack of customer service and care we would be finding another pest company, the employee said ok. I support local businesses frequently however I expect to receive the services paid for and not a complete headache.
