Don’t pay the $500 deposit unless you want the spot. If you’re approved and change your mind you don’t get it back. From reading reviews if you are denied it takes a while to get money back. Predatory rental agency strategy. Poor in corporate social responsibility.

While the staff there was friendly and tried to be helpful, the experience was absolutely terrible. I applied for an apartment in the middle of June and was not approved. I understand not being approved but they took over a month to give me back the $500 holding deposit I had paid. Once it was clear I was not approved the last week of June, I requested to have my deposit refunded ASAP as I needed it to find a new place to live. I called the offices constantly only to be told that they had no control over their corporate office refunding me. They said it had to be returned via check even though I paid online which I thought, sure, fine as long as I get the money back. When I would call I would ask if they had a way of knowing if the check was sent and they would constantly just tell me they contacted corporate and it was on its way. Complete lies, I don't know if by them or if corporate was telling them they'd sent it when they hadn't. I finally received the check today, 8/3/22, and the check was dated 7/26/22 with the postage paid on 7/27/22. It's completely unacceptable that they took over a month to even SEND me the check. I was luckily able to find a place to live by my move out date of my old apartment, but their terrible business practices could have made me homeless.

Kalani in the front office is very friendly and professional. Always dependable and trustworthy. Also, Miguel, the maintenance tech, is very professional, knowledgeable and fixes things in a timely manner.

Wouldn’t recommend living here. They try to over charge when you move out. Office people are rude, never on the same page and apartments too expensive, you can go get a luxury apartment for the price they are giving. Maintenance is a good team but other than that can’t say the same about office people. They have valet garbage from your door and they don’t pick up. They say they have security Services team but you never actually see them if there is any problem. Dog park is not maintained. Would recommend other apartments before these.They want you to give a 30 day notice but won’t give you the renewal price until couple days before the 30 day notice period, very unprofessional. Don’t waste your time and money , go live somewhere else more comfortably.
