1st and Rosemary Family Apartments

I have been a resident of these apartments for just over a year and I love them! My only complaints would be that maintenance repairs could be a bit better but they fixed the big issues so that's what's important. And secondly some residents do not have much respect for the garbage/ recycling room and just throw garbage bags on the floor instead of down the chute which can be frusterating, but that is the residents fault, not property managers. Aside from that everything is amazing! The apartment itself is spacious and has air-conditioning and heating which I've never had in any of my previous apartments which was so nice during our super hot summers. There is street parking but we were also provided with indoor gated parking as well which is a big plus! The residents are quiet and respectful of each others living space. Location could not be better to shopping as well as a brand new children's park right across the street. Office management has always been fantastic! I originally worked with Katie when we first moved in and she helped us so much. Since then, Nancie has been nothing but patient, kind, and helpful throughout our stay. My family and I are so very grateful to have the opportunity to live in such a wonderful home.

I love my new apartment, it's adorable, its interior is spacious and ornate, new, modern and very relaxed . Its location is central, near the Downtown, Malls, Supermarkets, etc.. The staff is attentive and very friendly. Nancie is an excellent manager. My children and I are very happy and grateful! Thanks.

Been a tenant almost 3 years now and im loving it. From the greetings to the signing of the lease and a pre walkthrough of the apartment was done in an an absolute professional and kind demeanor, constantly being asked if i see anything that needs attention before the move in date. Miss Katie and assistants are always a pleasure deal with for any concerns.
