Vista 99 Apartments

Vista 99 used to be a great place before Covid. But during my last year of stay, my car’s license plate was stolen and it caused grave inconvenience. Also there were awkward fire alarm drills beyond schedule during my job interviews. Leaving two stars here because of smooth move-out. Don’t rent here if you need to ask for help from leasing office a lot.

This property is amazing! The property manager Aylet gave us a tour yesterday of the 1 bedroom apartment and they are great! Property is clean and staff is amazing! Out of our price range unfortunately but would rent there!

The apartments has the best buildings in this area, However the worst management team. When I'm moving out, there is no dropbox to return the keys. If you have to leave out of their working hours, there is actually no way to return the keys.

I lived at Vista 99 for a little over 2 years. I had a great experience! The apartments are new, modern and perfectly designed. I was impressed at how quiet my apartment was. I almost never heard my neighbors. The staff was helpful, friendly and professional. (Thanks for all your help BJ!!) The complex has a lot of great amenities and is dog friendly. Parking in the parking garage is great, however, it can be challenging for guests to find parking on the street. If you're looking for an apartment, it's worth your time to check out Vista 99.
