I brought my Specialized Turbo Vado 4.0 to GP for a second opinion on a motor issue I was having. GP staff actually listened to me, installed a new motor and sensor, and the bike feels right to me again. I later called for help with putting a tire on the bike that I was struggling with due to Tannus Armour inserts. GP staff gave me some hints to relax the bead that actually worked! The folks at GP are generally awesome.

Sales guy must been having a bad day. They marked up a $7k bike to $12k only bc it was there last 2021 model left before the 2022 models came in. Ridiculous. Greedy. Bad business.

Got my bike here to ride down to Argentina. Excellent service and they helped me through the paper work (I’m not American). The workshop is professional and friendly and the parts department is friendly and helped me get the spares I needed. Super friendly guys and gals! Would absolutely get another bike here and I will do all my services here while I’m in the area.

I was looking for two hard to come by bikes, one for me and one for my son. We wanted the same e-bike, but in our own sizes. Russell was awesome. They had the bike in stock for my son but not for me. So Russell referred me to another bike shop he knew had what I wanted. I got both bikes secured, flew into San Jose, yes, I did. My son drove 4 hours himself. When we arrived my son's bike was ready and waiting. We had them do some quick customizations while we got lunch. We were soon on the road and on the trails. Thank you Russell and GP!

I had a transmission recall on my 2015 Yamaha R1 done at GP Sports. When I rode it home the chain was jumping teeth under acceleration. I called and told them and they said they tightened it. Obviously they didn't because I fixed it myself. YouTube is a great source to learn how to do it yourself. I have a hard time trusting another mechanic who is not working on their on bike.
No they don't rent bikes or do they allow to test ride bikes.
From Tuesday to Saturday, from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
I personally do not. The Honda website lists GP Sports as a dealership carrying the fourtrax recon. I suggest giving them a call or swinging by to see for yourself. Good luck.
I suggest calling first...ask to speak with service, give them the VIN, and they'll be able to pull up all documented information on the bike. If there's a recall that applies to your bike, not only will they know whether, or not, your bike has had the recall repairs performed, but they'll know everything related related to said recall. My current bike is the third bike I've had that I've been taking to them, and, while I don't always "agree" work them, I do trust them.
For any maintenance, repairs, etc, done by the service department, ALWAYS call ahead, to see whether (or not) they're overly busy, and to schedule an appointment (if needed).
Yes GP Sports is a Kawasaki dealer and yes they offer financing.
From what i was told no dealer will approve anything under 650. It will be difficult with "derogatory marks" on credit reports too.
no, this is a motorcycle shop.
