That's definitely excessive- depending on the show, you could get there at doors, slightly after or slightly before. There's parking along the street (which is pretty scarce), but there are parking lots within short walking distance. Yale has one that becomes public after 5, I believe, right past toads (pass toads on the left, go through the intersection, lot is on the left).

Literally nowhere. There's street parking all along the road, however good luck securing an actual spot

I know a local band that was able to book there. The band had to sell a minimum number of tickets, you know, to cover costs and expenses that the venue has for opening, like bar tenders, bouncers, and other staff. Call the place directly to get the specifics.

All ages shows are 14 and over.  Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian over the age of 21. For 18+ shows, anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian over the age of 21.

Only if they are running a promotion. Sometimes tickets purchased before the event are a little cheaper than the day of the event or "at the door" as it's called.
