Yes but you are restricted to a .22 rifle. NYC laws are pretty restrictive. Interested in handguns or assault type weapons? Not in NYC, but the really good news is that is available in New Jersey! So locate a range nearest you, head on out, if that is your flavor. In either case, range employees are very accommodating and helpful. It is their business after all. Yes but you are restricted to a .22 rifle. If you're looking to shoot pistols, rifles, shotguns and the BARRETT 50 BMG head to Gun For Hire. I went there based off of their reviews and the selection is pretty impressive. Not to far from NYC just grab an Uber.
