This is a good clinic, but too certain of themselves, w/business practices that need questioning. And they are apparently very much oversensitive, it appears. I am, after 7 years as a customer, as of today persona non grata b/c I quarreled with their habit of providing excessive diagnostic costs and not volunteering step--by-step procedures in lieu of that. $720-$920 for what might be a urinary tract infection? Okay. But what are the step-by-step procedures we may take to avoid full cost? But THAT's not even the real problem. Dr. Thompson apparently didn't like my attitude on the phone. She then telephoned my son (who is on the same account) to report that I was now an unwanted customer. This is definitely a business practice I can do without. I can do without a local service provider creating family problems for me, Dr. Thompson. You owe us an apology, Doctor.

Dr Thomson and her staff are amazing! Took great care of my cat and answered the million questions I had for them (I probably would have gotten annoyed with me)! Their follow up on my cats health is so appreciated. They literally called me and emailed me for the next two weeks to make sure everything was ok. I can’t say enough good things and highly recommend them for your pets

They are amazing! I was struggling with my first and new 2 week old kitten kitten, they gave me amazing recommendations on who to look up for more help, i can call them as many times as needed and they are always SUPER helpful(i try not to be annoying lol) my baby Milo is always giving me heart attacks with things he does but BHVH is amazing with him and so patience and amazing with me as well! Looking forward to having Milo grow older and being able to have them see him grow As well!!!! Will give higher than 5 stars if could.
