I am looking for 1 bed apt. Their leasing agent told me that they (Ashton) setup the gas account for us and he confidently told that for 2 persons it would cost $50 to $60 for Gas + Water + Sewage for sure. Is that true? That cheap?

$50-60 is about right. As a current resident, that's about what I pay, and for a 2 bedroom apartment.
