Red flag! I work directly with multi family residential on a large scale and the way they treat their residence is crazy and wrong. They charged my friend for a whole unit carpet replacement. I provided a response to my friend, conflict avoidant, pointing out the photos they had on move in day of the carpet in disrepair - stains and buckling. They didn’t provide a final walkthrough. Inquired into the security deposit, then provided photos of the carpet, and other things. One was a piece of paper. The other was explained as them replacing a hot water heater - documented. Jeffery’s response to our questioning: “ I will go ahead and mark your account as a refusal to pay.” This respond alone should tell people do not come here. The questioning was not that hard and he seems upset challenging them. Avoid at all costs, or will cost you.

I moved in a 3 bedrooms apartment. Love the spacious apartment, the garage and the interior layout that gives each room privacy. The community is secure and safe.

I love living here! The staff is great and the property is beautiful. While I’ll admit I’ve had a few problems, every single problem has been resolved super quickly and above and beyond expectations. Maintenance staff is very quick when needed, and the office staff, especially Judy, along with Christina and Lillian, are always super friendly and attentive. The pandemic does currently have a few amenities inoperable, but once the club rooms reopen I’ll see if I can adjust this to six stars out of five :)

Ive lived here for 3 years. The things I love most are having an elevator, no more lugging groceries up stairs. Having covered parking, when it snows I don't have to dig myself out early in the morning before work. I also have a very nice view of the lake , enjoy the fountain when on, but the complex doesn't control this. The wildlife is also very abundant around the lake and enjoy watching from my balcony. Yes it's been a tuff year , but the complex still is able to bring food trucks of different restaurants to us each month. The office has special events with social distancing in mind. The girls in the office are the best. Judy especially, she is the friendliest and most helpful ever. Keep it up girl!
