Ordering here was a waste of my time. I ordered a curbside pickup, but nobody came out to the parking lot. I had to go inside, and for the first time I saw a bag that looked like mine, but the staff asked my name and had a quick look at the screen and told me I need to wait for 5 more mins. I waited for 20 more mins and went in there again, and the staff just gave me exactly the same bag. I will never go to this location, this is a terrible experience that ruined my Saturday.

This is worst ihop in history. I have had countless bad experiences here. Today was the best! Was on time for my online order, and had to wait an additional 25 minutes for my food, and received a “not my problem” from the staff. Classy joint, I hope they go out of business and get replaced with something better.

Excellent service! We did call ahead seating and we had a table immediately. The waitress we had was super friendly and the food came out fast. The split decision breakfast is always our favorite choice as it has French toast, pancakes, eggs, bacon and sausage. The buy one, get one milkshakes are great too! Highly recommend this location!

Waited 40 minutes for our food we ordered and waitress comes and tells us “can you repeat the order because there was a glitch on the system” what? After 40 minutes? Unacceptable! And her attitude like she did not care! Then manager came…and also like she did not care. Place was empty! So tell me…how long does it take to do 3 burgers? NEVER GOING BACK THERE!
