I don’t usually write reviews, but felt the need to write one for this place. I was told by another local shop I needed new breaks ASAP. I came to this Sunoco by a referral of a friend. The people who run this shop are extremely honest and told me the other shop lied to me. They have made a new loyal customer and will come here for any future repairs.

I am truly grateful for all of the help I have received on my car from this particular location! Jason was amazing at helping me with customer service helping me analyze and understand the issues I had with my car. And it’s a blessing to still have honesty and people that completely do hard work. Truly apologize for not remembering the mechanics name, but he did a phenomenal job my car is running smoothly and I feel completely safe in it. The anxiety level I had with the condition that my car was in this has been lifted and I feel so amazed at how dedicated these men truly are to their work. So grateful and thank you very much for helping me be a safer driver on the road I will truly be back and stay loyal to this location. If you live in Reston Virginia and truly need somewhere to go for auto repairs this should be your only option! All the other locations that I have been to if they haven’t scammed me out of thousands of dollars then they truly didn’t focus on the real issue of my car!!!! Thank you so much to the both of you for working so hard and promptly completely on time but the best part was your ability to adjust to different stressed out customer myself I felt almost as if I was just at home for that short period of time. no matter what’s going on with my car I’m definitely coming to you guys first before anybody else ever again!

The Sunoco Service Center on the corner of Route 7/Leesburg Pike and Baron Cameron is under new ownership. I wanted to express my appreciation for the great customer service I received. I had a concerning “Tire Defect” message coming up on my dashboard as I was facing a 300 mile drive out of town. I was at the gas station next door filling up and also trying to use an antiquated coin only air pump to see if the tire pressure was the issue. Eddie, the manager of the Sunoco Service Center had observed my car being next door at the gas station for an extended period of time as I was going in and out of the convenience store-- first buying a tire pressure gauge that was giving what seemed to be crazy overinflated readings. Thus I was trying to deflate some tires and in some cases inflate others, and then having to go back in for an ATM machine so I could get cash for more quarters, etc. etc. Eddie wondering if all was well with my vehicle, came over to see how he could help and ultimately invited me to bring my car over to their shop next door and they would be glad to use their more sophisticated equipment to assess what was going on with my tires and the reason for the Tire Defect message. They determined that in fact my tires were very inconsistently inflated and in some cases very overinflated. –(by a novice several days prior). The experienced guys at Sunoco Service Center got all the tires back to their manufacturer recommended pressure levels and the Tire Defect message thankfully disappeared! So I was now safely on my way down the road for a 7 hour trip. I really appreciated Eddie going out of his way to help me at no charge. It really created a sense of customer loyalty and I would highly recommend checking out their shop!
