The entire Staff that assisted me was the Best in a long time. Shanda & Jaime greeted me very professionally & even offered this extremely tired Flight Attendant a bottle of water. I appreciate that the went above & beyond to make my stay pleasurable & I had an Awesome Customer Experience! 😎

The stay was nice. The hotel is clean and we appreciated the ability to grab a coffee from the bar in the mornings. The pillows are terrible, mega soft with no medium firmness option like most hotels offer. The bathroom/shower situation is weird. Why is the light switch outside of the bathroom & not necessarily close to the strange french doors? Why is there no fan in the bathroom? Why is there no door/shower curtain to the stand-up shower? Water all over the floor & a soaked floor towel. The a/c worked great but seems there’s no insulation between rooms because the a/c kicks on and it’s instantly frigid but the second it kicks back off all cool air seems to dissipate. Our solution was to keep the temp lower so it would run more often just to combat the still warm air that would instantly envelop our room. Ultimately, there wasn’t anything wrong with our stay but next time we’re in town we will likely try a different hotel at the same price point to try our luck for better overall comfort.

I booked using bonvoy app in advance. I arrive to the location only to be told we sold your double Queen room. Did not offer any remedy other than a pull out couch. This is a father daughter trip for my wonderful college graduate, and I am too old to sleep on pull outs. Claudia suggest was ask your daughter to book a new reservation. When I explained that this was a disappointment because of the drive to get to this hotel, Ms Claudia became rude and satirical. I asked if there was anything they could do and her answer was there’s really nothing those things happen. I then asked her to call some hotels to check for rooms with double bedding which upset her more. There was much more but you get the idea. I have been using Marriott for over 20 years and I am tired of the poor customer service at certain locations.

Hotel and bar were great! However, once I turned the heat off in the room....I did smell a hint of mildew. I then noticed that there had been a leak according to the ceiling in the bathroom....my room was was located on the top floor (6, and thought I took a pic...bit didn't - sorry). There was also used tissues in the bedside drawer. On the good note....Daniel at the bar was absolutely FANTASTIC....great communicator as well as mixologist! All staffing was pretty good...no complaints there. Would I go back....Yes!
