Hyatt House Herndon/Reston

Location was perfect in Herndon Parkeay, very close to Target, Safeway, and Dulles toll road. Front desk staff was awesome, Kitchen was very clean and breakfast was brilliant. We stayed there for a week, we travelled from Texas. Room were cleaned so as washrooms. Kitchen had all the utensils. Fridge, Stove and Dishwasher were very clean. Parking is available on site. Sometime we came back around 4am and 2 am and always found parking. After 10 or 11 pm the property gets secured and you can enter the hotel by using your room card. I will recommend this hotel and will stay there again if I go to VA.

Positive: The people working there were very helpful and considerate. Negative: No opening of windows. No fresh air....the front desk did reassign us a room that had an opening window.

Positive: Location of the hotels and two bedroom suite. Room was old with rust around pipes and A/C ducts, fireplace didnt work and fan was load... Not a good experience given the money we paid for the room... Negative: Room was definitely not up to Hyatt standards and a big disappointment. We chose this hotel because of being a Hyatt, location and larger suite. The price reflected this which was ok but the delivery was definitely below avg..at best.
