Yes, we have been and will remain a 55+ community. The regulation states that 80% of households must have an occupant 55 or over, the remaining 20% can be under 55 but over 18.

Can one buy the lot with the home. Because to buy a home n pay that amount of lot rent is pretty pricey. N being it goes up every yr doesnt help retirees. I think lot fee is pretty high. Any suggestions?
