Absolutely zero customer service. If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. I had an appointment scheduled a week in advance. I live 10 minutes away. I booked my Uber 45 minutes before my appointment. My Uber ran late because of traffic and a rainstorm. I got there a few minutes late. I already checked in online and had a confirmation code but turns out that doesn't matter, you have to check in all over again when you get there. Makes no sense. The electronic check-in system said I’ll have to wait on “stand-by” since I’m a few minutes late. I waited outside in the waiting room. This woman comes out and says, “I can’t take you, I'm closing, you have to come another time.” I said, “My Uber was late. This appointment is important, I need to get lab work done because I had surgery.” She said, “I just closed everything. You have to schedule for another time.” I was devastated, but I continued and said, “Okay. Can I at least wait here until my Uber comes to pick me up? It's raining outside.” She then replied, “No, you can't. I’m locking the doors so no one else comes in. There’s a bench outside. Goodbye.” The bench was wet and in the middle of the rain! She basically kicked me out with absolutely no regard! Why were your doors unlocked if you can’t take anyone else?? If the doors are open, then you're open. Full stop. That’s how business works. You should take the last people that came in and then lock your doors. Not kick the last person out who wasn't even a walk-in, but instead had an appointment. Terrible terrible terrible experience. Do yourself a favour and do not come here, go somewhere else.

I wish I could give 0 star. One, I had an appointment, checked on 20 min. Early. Yet I had to wait over one one, while those who checked in after me get seen in much less time. What is the deal with these places.

Call your primary doctor first. Testing has to be ordered by a physician.
